By using Zafira House, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms, along with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase products.

All Zafira House products are hand-picked artisan items, often unique and culturally significant. Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur and are a natural part of handcrafted products.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Zafira House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
No returns or refunds are accepted, except for defective or damaged items, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes as specified.
All payments for Zafira House orders are processed securely via Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods as listed during checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are charged at the price at the time of purchase.

4. User Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify Zafira House immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Zafira House is not liable for minor delays, technical issues, or natural variations in handmade products.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective or damaged items in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Return and refund policy

What is the return policy?

1. No Returns or Refunds

Zafira House products are hand-picked, high-quality artisan items.
Due to their unique and cultural nature, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order is placed.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If a product arrives defective or damaged, you must notify Zafira House within 24 hours of receiving it.
Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage.

3. Resolution

Once the defect is verified, Zafira House will work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping costs for replacements will be covered by Zafira House.
