Welcome to Zafira House! By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using Zafira House, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms, along with our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase products.

2. Products and Orders

All Zafira House products are hand-picked artisan items, often unique and culturally significant. Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur and are a natural part of handcrafted products.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Zafira House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
No returns or refunds are accepted, except for defective or damaged items, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes as specified.
All payments for Zafira House orders are processed securely via Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit/debit cards and other supported payment methods as listed during checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders are charged at the price at the time of purchase.

4. User Accounts (if applicable)

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify Zafira House immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zafira House is not liable for minor delays, technical issues, or natural variations in handmade products.
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective or damaged items in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Return and refund policy

What is the return policy?

We take great care in creating and shipping each of our handmade ceramic pieces. Due to the artisanal, fragile, and high-value nature of our products, the following return conditions apply.

1. Return Eligibility (Change of Mind)If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Return requests submitted after the 14-day period cannot be accepted.2. Restocking FeeFor change-of-mind returns, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers inspection, handling, and the risk associated with reselling a handmade and fragile item.3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

4. RefundsOnce the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your item arrives damaged or with a defect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the item and packaging

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or replacement, and return shipping costs will be covered by us if a return is required.6. Non-Returnable ItemsThe following items are not eligible for return:

Items reported outside the stated return window
Items returned in damaged or altered condition
Custom-made or commissioned pieces (if applicable)
